Please review our current terms and conditions prior to purchasing garments on PS Apparel.


AS Colour (Brand) – Special Clause

AS Colour requires that all of their items be decorated as a condition of purchase. This is a requirement for all resellers and screenprinters across Australia.

Please abide by their rule, and email us your artwork for a quotation prior to purchasing AS Colour branded items.

Should you tick the AS Colour condition box and not supply your artwork, there will be a $25 admin fee subtracted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.


Incorrectly Ordered Items

We aim to process your order immediately after your order is received. We do this to ensure that your goods reach you in the fastest possible time frame.

Because of this, we are unable to process refunds for incorrectly ordered items once your order has been processed, and all sales are final.


Refunds

In the event that an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you are eligible for a partial refund.

Please note that refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.


Exchanges & Shipping Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: PO Box 304, Nelson Bay NSW 2315.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without your tracking information, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will post a replacement item to you.


Wrong Sizes & Returns

There is a $50 restocking and administration fee for exchanging sizes. If you are unsure about sizing, please order just a few items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without your tracking information, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will post a replacement item to you.
